5 Jordan Releases We're Looking Forward To In 2022

Although we haven't even reached Christmas yet, sneaker releases for 2022 are already being lined up. Typically you might see a lot of speculation around the web about upcoming drops but these 5 Jordan Releases We're Looking Forward To In 2022 actually came from and exclusive livestream on Nike's SNKRS app.

Jordan 4 Zen Master

Air Jordan 4 "Zen Master"

Inspired by former Chicago Bulls coach, Phil Jackson, who was known for wearing Jordans while coaching, the "Zen Master" Jordan 4 was unveiled recently on the SNKRS app. The cloud-like upper on these gives them a colorway that is truly unique and the transparent "winglets" on the side are something we rarely see.

Release Date: March 19th ,2022

Jordan 7 Sapphire

Air Jordan 7 "Sapphire"

The Air Jordan 7 will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022 and it looks as if Jordan Brand is getting started early with the celebration. This AJ7 features a shimmery upper with pink and purple hues and contrasting black accents to give it a one-of-a-kind colorway. The Jordan 7 might not be the most popular Air Jordan model but look for more colorways throughout 2022 that could change that.

Release Date: March 30th ,2022

Jordan 5 Arctic Orange

Air Jordan 5 "Arctic Orange"

Jordan Brand is kicking off 2022 for women with the "Arctic Orange" Jordan 5 Low. While the name and release might suggest colder things, the colorway has an upbeat, ready for Spring, kind of vibe. The Arctic Orange hue covers the upper with Siren Red and black accents adding a healthy amount of pop for this AJ5, much like the original Fire Red 5s that Jordan wore back in the day.

Release Date: January 20th ,2022

Jordan 3 Muslin

Air Jordan 3 SE "Muslin"

At first glance, the Muslin colorway of the iconic Air Jordan 3 might remind you of another AJ3 that released in 2021 but once you take a closer look, this one easily stands on its own. Soft suede in "Cement Grey" has replaced the traditional Elephant Print and Muslin and Sail colors give this Jordan 3 an understated, almost vintage vibe. University Red hits on the heel and lace holes, as well as on the Jumpman logo, add the perfect final touches to this upcoming colorway.

Release Date: March 26th ,2022

Jordan 9 Particle Grey

Air Jordan 9 "Particle Grey"

While the Air Jordan 9 is one of the few pairs that Michael Jordan rarely wore on the basketball court due to his short-lived baseball career, it still has a solid following. The "Particle Grey" AJ9 takes on a neutral color-blocking with a combination of black and grey balancing out the upper. The Air Jordan branding on the tongue takes on a familiar red finish to add a touch of pop. Look for the Jordan 9 in Particle Grey to be one of the first Jordan releases of 2022.
