The Most Coveted Nike Air Presto Ever Made Is Actually Releasing
Originally created back in 2004 for the 30th anniversary of Sanrio's Hello Kitty brand, these Nike Air Prestos have been top shelf grails for anyone who is serious about Nike runners. Back then, the plan was for five colorways of the Hello Kitty x Nike Air Presto to release but when it was all said and done, only a few dozen pairs were ever created. Some of them were given to friends and family, and many have gone unaccounted for. Even some of the most diehard sneakerheads may have never seen these pairs, that's how rare they really are. Originally the project was headed up by designer Steven Smith, who is one of the most successful footwear designers of all time and currently leads the YEEZY design team.
This spring, Nike and Hello Kitty will finally make the Nike Air Presto collab available to the public. Needless to say, with the popularity of Hello Kitty, and sneakerheads' longtime obsession with Japanese culture, these are sure to be some of the most hyped pairs of 2022. As of right now, no release dates have been announced but House of Heat is saying these could be releasing sooner rather than later.
