Available early at LUISAVIAROMA, the Nike Air Max Scorpion was made possible through advancements in 3D design software and machine learning. Not only have those advancements made collaboration on design concepts more efficient, but they’ve also specifically allowed the most complex shape to an Air cushioning unit that we’ve ever seen. According to Sneaker News, the Air Max Scorpion also offers the most Air ever in terms of pounds per square inch, aka PSI. Another first that comes with the release of the Scorpion is a new Flyknit system that is better suited to work in tandem with the cushioning system to provide a piston-like effect that should make this one of the most comfortable Air Max models to date. Even with the advancements in tech, the Air Max Scorpion uses 20% recycled content to help Nike move incrementally closer to its sustainability goals.
