Travis Scott's Next Air Jordan Collab Is Here
Jay Z and Kanye West might have squashed their beef, and we might have rumors of a second Watch The Throne album, but when it comes to sneakers, it will take a lot to dethrone Travis Scott from his place atop the game. With an Air Trainer 1 and an Air Max 1 potentially relaxing this year, and his last Air Jordan x fragment design collaboration reselling for upwards of $3,000, Cactus Jack continues to own up to the hype. This week he'll be doubling down on the latest Air Jordan 1 colorway with a low-cut version in partnership with Hiroshi Fujiwara of fragment design.
The Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low utilizes the same theme that we've come to know for Travis' Air Jordan 1 releases. On one side, you'll find the backwards and oversized Nike Swoosh. While on the other, a traditional Swoosh gives that iconic feel that makes the Air Jordan 1 so legendary, even in low-top form. While the resale prices aren't nearly as astronomical as the high-top version, there's plenty of demand (and money on the table for resellers) to make the Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low one of the most Throne-worthy releases of the year.
The Travis Scott AJ1 Low drops August 13th on SNKRS.
