Air Jordan 12 “Cherry”

Considering that the original Air Jordan 12 originally designed by Tinker Hatfield was inspired by the Japanese flag, it’s hard to argue that any colorway other than the “Cherry” looks more appropriate on the sneaker. Whether you’re into it for the nostalgia of Michael Jordan winning his 5th championship wearing the AJ12, or because it’s one of the best-looking sneakers when lit up in your Sneaker Throne, this will be a must-have release come October.
Air Jordan 3 “Fear”
Release Date: 11/25/2023
10 years after its original release, one of the most popular non-original colorways of the Air Jordan 3 is making a comeback. The “Fear” Air Jordan 3 dropped alongside the Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 5 in 2013 with elevated materials and a color scheme like no other. The Jordan 3 “Fear” is scheduled to be re-released in November of this year.
Air Jordan 1 “Spider-Verse”

Jordan Brand and the team at Sony behind the Spider-Man franchise first teamed up for one of the most successful movie sneaker collabs back in 2017 for the debut of Miles Morales in Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. After switching to some adidas Superstars in the PS5 video game, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Sony is back in a new partnership with Jordan Brand for the upcoming sequel Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. The best part about this version is that they are dropping before the movie releases in theaters on June 2nd, which means nerds like me can wear them to see the new film.
Air Jordan 6 “Aqua”
Release Date: 10/7/2023
According to Sole Retriever, the “Aqua” colorway that was made famous by the Air Jordan 5 and celebrity sneakerheads like Will Smith and his Fresh Prince of Bel Air character will land on the Air Jordan 6 later this year. If the rumors are true, expect these to have a nubuck upper like the legendary “Black Infrared” colorway.
Air Jordan 4 “Thunder”
Release Date: 5/13/2023
The Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” colorway was first released in extremely limited quantities years ago in 2006, but because of its popularity (aka FOMO), Jordan Brand decided to drop the colorway in 2012. Now that we’ve gone another decade, the colorway will make its return for a third time next month. Considering the “Lightning” colorway sells for nearly double the original retail price now, you can bet these will go quickly.
Air Jordan 1 Reimagined “Royal”

It’s been 6 years since we’ve had a true-to-original release of the Air Jordan 1 “Royal” and I for one, am ready for a re-up. The “Reimagined” series from Jordan Brand is a collector’s dream. The concept behind the new line aims to recreate iconic Air Jordans as close to their original form as possible. Sole Retriever says the Air Jordan 1 Reimagined “Royals” will drop on November 4th, 2023.
