Ye Is Really Bringing Back All of His YEEZYs

Kanye West made a bold statement when he first announced signing with adidas in 2015. Going against the grain of everything we're used to as sneakerheads, Ye promised that his shoes would be available to everyone who wants a pair. 7 years later, he's making good on that promise with yet another YEEZY retro release. With all the re-releases, he's really sticking to his word in regards to keeping the YEEZY sneakers coming. This time around it's the "Turtle Dove" YEEZY 350 will be returning, marking the first re-release of the original adidas YEEZY 350 silhouette.

Although the sneaker game was much different back then, the Turtle Doves were undoubtedly one of Kanye's most successful early releases with the Three Stripes. Resale prices on sites like StockX and GOAT were easily 4-5 times the original retail prices, rappers everywhere were lacing them up, and Ye was building up to go to war with Nike in tracks like Facts where he claimed that YEEZY had jumped over Jumpman.

Whichever side of that debate you land on, you'll be have another shot at getting Turtle Doves next month according to House of Heat.
