Before Kanye West became a polarizing figure battling his personal demons, he was basically the patron saint of sneaker blogs, gossip columns, and paparazzi photo dumps. Nearly every day you could log onto your favorite site and find photos of Kanye West either wearing kicks you had never seen before, or a pair you were already coveting. Kanye even had his own blog for a number of years where he and his people curated all sorts of cool things from around the internet.

Before his deals with Louis Vuitton, Nike, adidas, and the newly release GAP line, Kanye was able to pull fits together from an insane amount of brands. So for his 44th trip around the sun, let's revisit some of the sneakers that made regular appearances in Kanye West's sneaker rotation.
