Billie Eilish Is Dropping Her First Air Force 1 Collab

Billie Eilish Nike Air Force 1

When it comes to influential artists in the sneaker game, collaborations aren't exactly a guaranteed success, especially if the artists are given the creative freedom to think outside the box. Although Billie Eilish is one of the biggest pop stars in the world right now, when it comes to her kicks, she is still laying the groundwork for her overall impact. Her first two Air Jordan collabs sold out, but the expectation for hyped releases is determined more by the resale value of a sneaker than ever before. However, that also makes Eilish's collaborations even more interesting in the long term but that's a conversation for another day. Today, we're talking about her latest collaboration with Nike on the iconic Air Force 1.

Like her Jordan collabs, the Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 sticks with a tonal color palette but that's where the similarities end. While the Jordans remained relateively the same as their original styles, the Bille Eilish AF1 adds a bold series of Velcro straps across the laces. The entire shoe is made from 18% post-consumer recycled content, including a synthetic nubuck upper that uses 80% recycled materials, 100% recycled polyester details, and an underfoot made with Nike Grind. Look for the Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 to drop on the SNKRS app on April 25th alongside a matching apparel collection.
